Inspirational Pep Rally: From Head to Heart

This heart-opening experience blends mindset coaching, sound healing, and soulful performance into one unforgettable session. Led by wellness coach and former Las Vegas showgirl Megan Wilson, the Pep Rally invites participants to transition from thought to feeling — and from individual to collective energy.

Through guided meditation, sound baths, and uplifting artistic performances, guests are immersed in reflection, joy, and deep connection. Whether opening a retreat or closing a wellness day, this gathering is designed to inspire, energize, and unite.

Soundbowl & Breathwork Introductory Session

Immerse yourself in a sensory experience of deep relaxation and vibrational healing.

Our Sound Bowls session uses crystal singing bowls to create soothing frequencies that calm the mind, regulate stress, and encourage mindfulness. Participants are invited to simply lie back or sit comfortably as they are bathed in harmonic tones—no effort required. A unique and memorable reset that promotes inner calm and collective connection.
